The room was well presented and clean. a luxurious bathroom included a huge shower. the kitchen contained all needed equipment, including more than expected. the garden provided a lovely space. I saw staff keeping everything super clean.
the hall entry showed some wear with what was to be some dog stains and a broken radiator guard.

The washing machine and tumble dryer were useful for longer stays. I appreciated the availability of these amenities. secure bike storage got quickly sorted, a great bonus for cyclists. netflix access was available on the tv.

The location was ideal for accessing the ferry port, only a short bike ride away. the apartment was centrally located. parking permits for free parking were provided, simplifying transport. This was an excellent feature.

The reception was very friendly, and assistance was readily available when needed. staff ensured a clean environment. They were helpful. i felt welcome, and all my requests were handled efficiently .

The room was very clean. It was also well-managed. The location was close to Fratton Station. This made travel convenient. The hotel provided fast Wi-Fi .
The shared bathroom created an issue because other residents stayed inside for extended periods. Some mornings, they used it for over forty minutes.

The host responded to my questions. This was quite helpful. I was actually surprised that I had access to the kitchen and the washing machine. Jan's availability really made a difference.
